Dave Marshall Tennis and Pickleball Renovates To Add Delaware’s First Commercial Dedicated Indoor Pickleball Courts
LEWES, Del. - January 6, 2025 - Dave Marshall Tennis and Pickleball in Lewes, Del., is proud to announce the completion of dedicated indoor pickleball courts, enhancing recreational opportunities for the Sussex County community. As pickleball continues to grow in popularity, the First State facility is excited to expand its pickleball offerings to meet the needs of the resort area’s casual players and dedicated enthusiasts.

Pickleball Court Reservation Options
The new courts come with a variety of reservation options:
Membership Rentals: Members can rent courts for as little as $24/hour, with reservations available up to 7 days in advance.
Yearly Contracts: For groups looking for consistent playtime, yearly contracts offer priority scheduling and convenience.
Pay-As-You-Go: Flexible rates of $50/hour per court provide an option for players who prefer short-term commitments and don’t want a membership.
Drop-in Sessions: Handled with daily rates of $8 per two-hour drop-in session per person. Since space is limited, advanced reservations are encouraged.
Additionally, all bookings are streamlined through the new Court Reserve app, simplifying the reservation process.
The facility aims to foster a strong community atmosphere. Players can participate in group clinics, reserve courts for private games, or take advantage of available time blocks throughout the day.
